The project
At Alpha Beach in Lekki, Titan has delivered two residential projects. The first is a terraced development of homes with a strong rhythm of grey and white facades and projecting window frames. The second is an apartment building with arched balconies and a roof terrace.
Both are close to the coast, where good drainage and corrosion-resistant detailing matter as much as appearance.
How we build homes
